SALON policies

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that from time to time situations do arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We kindly ask that you please give us a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If failed to give notice or attend the appointment, the cancellation charge will apply.

LATE ARRIVALS
Unfortunately if arriving late to your appointment, the time is deducted from your appointment and cannot guarantee full satisfaction of the service. We run on an appointment schedule back to back with clients and can not allocate extra time to your appointment. Same pricing still applies.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
All FULLSET and NEW CLIENT bookings, require a holding deposit of 50% of the total appointment cost. The remainder will be paid at the appointment. If failed to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit will NOT be refunded. 

SERVICES
We have a no refund policy on completed services at Sweet Pixie Salon. Free fix ups are offered for ONLY 48hrs after appointment. 

CHILDREN
As much as Sweet Pixie Salon adores children, we respectfully request you please do NOT bring your children to appointments without discussing beforehand. This is for child safety/insurance reasons; having hot wax, tweezers & chemicals in the salon that may harm a small child when left unattended. This is your time to relax!! You will have your eyes closed from 1-3 hours where you will not be able to tend to your children & neither will I. 

REACTIONS 
If you happen to experience an allergic reaction, we ask to please contact us as soon you become aware so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If you have reacted previously to eyelash extensions and are concerned you may have an allergy to lash products, please let us know before your appointment. Please note that any allergic reactions are not foreseeable by Sweet Pixie Salon and whilst all care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. Sweet Pixie Salon offers a free removal if an unfortunate reaction occurs. 

 

BEFORE CARE
Please arrive to your appointment with clean/washed lashes and no eye makeup on. Un cleaned lashes upon arrival will result in a cleaning fee charge ($10.00) and will be deducted into your appointment time. 

Unfortunately, We are unable to lash clients who have had lash lifts and/or lash perms within 8 weeks.

PHONES
Please place mobile phones on silent throughout the appointment duration . If you are awaiting any urgent calls please let us know before your appointment.   


OTHER SALON INFILLS 
Due to different products used, training and technique, Sweet Pixie Salon does NOT infill other salons work.


SERVICE INFILLS 
Our service fee is charged for the allotted time. How full your lashes will look at the end of your appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment and any major sheds or growth. Please, keep this in mind when determining how long to schedule your refills, as we require all our lash clients to return every 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your natural lashes grow and how well you maintain them in between fills). Infills are not eligible after 21 days of previous appointment - anything after 21 days is classified a FULLSET.
